Sex Drive & Lovers Lane

Lots of accidents in that neighborhood. Cars come racing down Sex Drive and ram into cars parked on Lovers Lane....authorities ought to do something but they never do. Heard the mayor himself has gotten smacked into a couple of times....guess he wants that kept quiet. To save his reputation, how many have to die?
